Blueberry Smoothie or Popsicles

Ingredients
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup Half and Half Cream 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
Directions
Nutrition facts are for 1 Popsicle. I make 8 Popsicles or 4 smoothies from this.

Blend all together in a blender until smooth.

For smoothies: Pour into 4 separate cups and serve while cold.

For Popsicle: Pour into 8 freezer Popsicle molds. Insert sticks.

Freeze for four hours or more.
