Cantaloupe Ice Cream

Ingredients
.5 melon, medium (about 5" dia) Cantaloupe 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Directions
Cube half of a cantaloupe and slice one banana, place on a tray and freeze. Bag the frozen chunks for later, or add them to a food processor (in batches if needed), add the coconut milk and blend until smooth. It may be soft, so freeze for 10 minutes and serve.
Optional-- add a sweetener to taste. This isn't overly sweet, as long as the cantaloupe is ripe and sweet, it may be enough.
