Ingredients
0.5 tsp Chili powder0.5 tsp Cumin seed0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Onion powder1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw0.5 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers2.0 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain2.0 serving avacado 1 medium
Directions
Mix all ingredients. With the yogurt I use right at about 1 tablespoon, just to lighten the color and bring it together. You can add the juice of half a lime if you like and it will not impact the calorie intake. I normally start by mashing the avacado, then work the spices in. Finally I fold the vegetables in. I use ground cumin seed. Serving Size: One tablespoon
