Ingredients
16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry0.75 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 oz Feta Cheese0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
Directions
Boil pappers 3 min. Alliw to cool. Slice and remove seeds and stem. In bowl add cooked and cooled quinoa asking with test of ingredients. Scoop. Int o pepper halves. Top with small ant tomato sauce. Bake at 350 45 min. Cover for first 35 min.
