Ingredients
36 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Simmer in a pan with a small amount of water for a few minutes to brown, then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes on a baking pan until thoroughly cooked...after doing this I put them in a crock pot with brown gravy, but the calories for the gravy is separate.
