Crock Pot Teriyaki Venison

Ingredients
12 oz. Venison (4 serving ( 3 oz ) 1 tsp Ginger, ground 3 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Honey (optional) 1/2 cup Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
2) Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crock pot, or high 2-3 hours.

Substitute chicken or steak for the venison, but the nutrition info will change.

Serve over brown rice if desired
