Shrimp Creole (Keto Friendly)

Ingredients
1 stick Butter, salted 1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced 1/2 Med. Onion, sweet, diced1 Celery stalk, diced1 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Tabasco (or equivalent)2, 15 oz cans Diced Tomatoes 1 lb Large uncooked shrimp
Directions
Clean Shrimp.

Dice the onion, pepper and celery.

Saute the onion, pepper and celery in the butter until tender, but firm. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes. Add raw shrimp and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until shrimp are cooked.
