TOMATO AND CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients
1 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes .5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 tbsp Basil 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Slice tomato into bite-sized chunks. add drained and rinsed chickpeas, Chiffondale approximately 5-7 basil leaves and add them to the mixture. Toss with olive oil and quality balsamic vinegar, Season with kosher salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
