Homemade Protein/Energy Bars

Ingredients
8 tbsp Almond Butter, Nature's Promise Organic Almond Butter Smooth/Unsalted 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Put oats into food processor to make into powder. combine almond butter & coconut oil, heat in microwave 20-40 seconds to melt oil. Combine all ingredients, press into 9x9 pan lined w/ parchment paper. freeze for 10-15 min, cut into 12 bars.
*instead of cocoa powder you can drizzle w/ melted chocolate chips before cutting.
