2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.40 cup Arrowroot 9 tsp Seasoned Salt 6Chicken Drumsticks raw Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Pre-heat Oven to 350 & Use Olive Oil Spray on Bottom of a Pan
1. Put Arrowroot and Seasoned Salt in Large Ziploc Bag
2. Scramble Eggs and dredge chicken in egg
3. Put Chicken (one or two legs at a time) in bag with seasoning and shake until legs are lightly coated
4. Place coated legs in pan
5. Put in oven 35-45 minutes util meat thermometer says 165
