Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast, spinach, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, chicken broth, white beans, roasted red peppers
Directions
Layer the following in your slow cooker:
Whole chopped onion,
One can of rinsed white beans,
chopped garlic
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
pour in chicken broth,
season chicken with salt, pepper, and rosemary
top with chopped roasted red pepper
top with spinach

Set slow cooker on low, and cook 6-8 hours.

serve over cooked rice (optional)
