PB Banana Oat muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 4 tbsp Canola Oil 4 serving PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation
Directions
Whisk all wet ingredients together until smooth. Combine dry ingredients and stir in wet until there are no flour streaks - avoid over mixing - some lumps are ok.

use a 1/4 cup measure to fill lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until center is dry with toothpick test
