Ingredients
47 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 cup Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes)
Directions
Boil chicken, 2Tbsp salt, 2 tsp pepper & 2 tsp garlic powder in 10 cups water for 2 hours. Drain and save broth and remove chicken. Add 8 cups minute rice to 8 cups broth and cook for 5-10 minutes. Chop chicken breasts in small pieces and add to rice when cooked, add additional 2 cups broth and mix thoroughly.

Serving Size: make 10 1 1/2 cup servings
