Almond Lemon Chicken-OAMC

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 3 oir 4 strips5 T lemon Juice3 T prepared Mustard2 T olive oil1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon pepper2 T melted butter1/2 cup almonds, slivered or chopped2 cups chicken broth2 T Cold water2 T Corn starch3 T orange Marmalade
Directions
Mix together lemon juice, prepared mustard, olive oil, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over chicken and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours.
Saute' nuts in butter until golden in fry pan and remove from pan.
Drain chicken, saving marinade, and brown on both side in same fry pan, 6 to 10 minutes. Pour in saved marinade and cook until broth is about 2/3 the volume. Add the chicken broth, cold water, and cornstarch.
Stir in sauteed almonds, and orange marmalade and cayenne pepper.
Serve immediately over ride, or cool and freeze flat in freezer bags.
