2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour2.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Salt1.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)0.25 cup Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce0.75 serving Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz.8.0 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened4.0 tbsp Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh
Mix first 8 ingredients.
Stir in remaining, except blueberries
Using 1/4c pour batter into sprayed and or buttered griddle. Top with 6 to 8 blueberries.
When batter begings to bubble at the edges (1-2 mins), flip and cook another minute or so.
Top with more blueberries, maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh yogurt, or eat em like i do... plain jane. They're delicious!!
