Microwave Cranberry Muffin in a Mug

Ingredients
1/2 C water1/2 Dried Unsweetened Cranberries1 tsp Butter, salted2 Envelopes Sugar Substitute (to taste)3 Tbsp Bisquick 1 oz Fage Total 0% Non-fat Greek Yogurt2 Tbsp Fiber One Cereal, crushed 1/4 C Egg Substitute
Directions
In microwavable mug, cook water, cranberries, butter, and sweetener on high for 1 minute, let cool to touch
Stir in remaining ingredients until just blended, do not over stir.
Return mug to microwave oven and cook on high for 1 minute, then at 10 second intervals until your liking.
Let cool to touch before serving.
