4 serving Graham Crackers, Honey Maid Low Fat Honey Grahams (2 full crackers = 1 serving = 35 g) 0.34 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Orange Sugar Free Jello 2 serving Best Choice Fat Free Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup) 8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese 32 tbsp Reddi Whip Fat Free Cool Whip
1.Sprinkle Crumbs onto bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
2.Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl.
3.Stir 2 minutes; until completely dissolved.
4. Cool 5 minutes; pour in blender.
5.Add cheeses; Blend well.
6.Return mixture to bowl.
7.Gently stir in Cool Whip;pour into springform pan.
8.Smooth the Top.
9Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
10.Loosen cheesecake from side of pan before removing rim.
