1.0 stick Butter, unsalted8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup26.0 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams)0.25 cup coconut flour20.0 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener0.66 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1 tsp baking powder
Mix flours, chocolate powder, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and protein powder.
Then mix sugar and butter, beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Add half the flour and continue mixing
Add add heavy cream. Start mixing in the rest of the dry ingredients, and add water as needed to smooth it out.
Preheat oven to 325 and grease the pans you plan to use.
Cook for 20-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck in the cake.
