LoW carb breakfast lasagna

Ingredients
8 slices Bacon8 large eggs, scrambled1 lb Pork Sausage, bulk0.25 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese3/4 cup Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim6 slices Sargento Ultra Thin Cheddar2.0 tbsp coconut flour3 TBSP Bacon grease1 cup heavy cream
Directions
Cook bacon and set aside. Do the same with the sausage. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 a 13 baking dish and put down half the sausage. Warm bacon grease and add coconut flour , then stir in heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Cook the scrambled eggs until almost set, and later half on top of the sausage. Then half the cheese, and repeat the layers once more. Spoon gravy over the top as desired (I used about half of it) and bake for 15 minutes. Put sliced cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.
