Paleo Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients
2.5 cups frozen mango chuncks1 cup Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1.5 tsp Stevia in the Raw 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 cup Water, as needed
Directions
Add first five ingredients in blender. Add water just enough to mix to thick slush . Do not add too much water.
Put in a square cake pan to freeze. Let freeze fro about 1 hour then break up with fork and smooth down and let freeze.
When serving let thaw a minute or so for a creamer ice cream.
