Ingredients
0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by DVILL818) .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .5 tsp Chili powder .16 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 gram coconut oil cooking spray (by KATHEBOS) .33 serving Publix Seasoning Blend Frozen Vegetable - 3/4 cup serving - chopped onion, peppers (by BEACHSANDPIPER) 1 clove Garlic 0.25 cup Canned Tomatoe - Alymer diced (by MAAYOTTE) .5 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2.5 serving Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives 1.5 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 1 tbsp Basil 5 oz Fish, Swai Fillet
Directions
Coat both sides of fish with cayenne and chili powders.

Saute frozen seasoning blend (or use fresh), canned tomatoes and minced garlic clove with butter.

Move veggies to the side of skillet and spray with coconut spray. Cook fish filet on both sides.

Plate veggies on plate with fish filet over the top, then add chopped grape tomato, chopped fresh basil or cilantro, and sliced olives. Sprinkle with lime juice. Serve
