Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.13 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Pepper, black 0.13 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.13 tsp Salt 0.13 dash Salt 0.13 cup Lime Juice 20 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap) 2 clove Garlic 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Ginger Root 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 0.50 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste 2.50 serving potatoes, canned, small whole white, Valu Time, 1 potatoe 454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 0.75 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
Preheat Oven 400
Lightly grease baking sheet
Mix the first 8 ingredients. Make 12 meatballs
Place on baking sheet
Bake 15-20 minutes....turn halfway

In separate pan make sauce.

Heat oil
Add garlic and ginger - cook 1 minute
Add curry paste - cook 1 minute
Whisk in coconut milk. Continue whisking until thick
Take off heat
Add
Sriracha
pepper
salt
red pepper flakes
cilantro
lime juice

Mix meatballs in sauce

Serve over 1 cup of rice
