2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 cup Summer Squash, Cooked (sliced) (yellow squash; zucchini; squash, NS as to summer or winter) 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Finely Ground Almond Meal/Flour (by DANAGIRL23) 1 large Onions, raw salt and pepper to taste
grate sweet potatoes and zucchini. Finely chop onions. Combine vegetables in large bowl. Add 5 eggs, almond meal, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed. Turn out into 9X13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
