Chicken with Sun-Dried tomatoes Cream Sauce

.25 cup Fat free half and half 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .33 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, diced 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 3 clove Garlic 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1. Brown chicken in pan, slice and set aside. Make pasta, set aside and drain.
2. Melt butter and add garlic and red pepper flakes
3. Add cream, stock, cheese, tomatoes, seasonings
4. Bring to boil, simmer for 3-5 minutes to reduce.
5. Add sliced chicken and pasta
6. Cook 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve
