Potato and Wakame Miso Soup

Ingredients
1 serving Potato, boiled peeled, medium 7.5 oz. (by STU66YTAIL) 2 tbsp (1/8 cup) Seaweed, wakame 4 cup Dashi broth (by CARPEDIET) 3-4 tbsp Westbrae Natural White Miso
Directions
Bring the dashi to a boil and add the potatoes in. Cook potatoes until softened and add the wakame.

Add the miso paste into a separate bowl and add some broth. Dissolve completely and add it to the rest of the soup.

After you add the miso turn off the heat immediately and keep it off the heat.

Take out a portion and enjoy!
