Roasted Potato and Veggies

Ingredients
1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 serving Potato Organic Yukon Gold 1 serving = 1 potato = 148 g = 5.3 oz) 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
Directions
Cut all veggies and potato's into bite sizes (Do not cut the potato's too thick. They will not cook enough in the amount of time you have.)
Lay out on cookie sheet
Sprinkle with olive oil and mix to coat
Mix spices together and sprinkle on veggie mix
Mix to coat
Bake at 450* until potatoes are cooked thru approx. 15 min.
