40 grams Butter, unsalted 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw finely chopped1 clove Garlic , crushed2 oz Brazil nuts (6-8 nuts - 1 oz) ground2 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts ground2 oz Pine Nuts ground2 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds ground125 grams Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough) crumbed1 lemon yields Lemon Juice and zest75 gram(s) sage derby cheese (by THE2THDR) grated7 oz artichoke heart (by WORDMAN) 1/2 can chopped1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw beatenchopped parsley, sage, thyme 2tsp eachsalt & pepper
Preheat oven to gas mark 6
Melt butter and cook oniona nd garlic for 5 minutes. Put into bowl.
Add everything else into the bowl. Mix well.
Line a bread tin or place directly onto foil and roll into a sausage. Refridgerate to firm up.
Bake for 25 minutes, unwrap and cook for further 15 miniutes.
