Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.75 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats125.0 Grams Maple Syrup2.0 tbsp Honey1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract50.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt50.0 Grams Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)4.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds0.5 cup, slivered Almonds50.0 Grams Coconut, toasted1.0 Grams Apricots, dried
Directions
Mix all ingredients except coconut and dried fruit. Toast in the oven for 15 mins. Add the coconut and dried fruit. Toast for a further 10 mins. Leave to cool completely.
