Low-Carb Meatloaf

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Pork 40 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 2 serving Worchestire Sauce (by ABEDAL) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted .1 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Chop garlic, onion, and mushroom, Sautee in butter until soft.

Whisk eggs and then combine with onion mix (in a bowl, not the hot pan!)

While wearing gloves, combine both meats with the egg/onion mix.

In a food processor, blend tomato, Worcestershire sauce, and jalapenos.

Put meat in greased casserole dish. Top with tomato mix.

Cook at 350 degrees for 80-90 minutes or until it temps at 165 degrees.
