2 cups flour1 cup sugar2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup pumpkin raw or 4 egg substitutes3 cups carrots grated (unpeeled)3/4 cup raisins1/4 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spary.
Mix all ingrediants together.
Bake 350 for 1 hour
