Koulourakia Voutirou-Butter Biscuits

3/4 cup Butter, salted 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large Egg Yolks 3 cup Flour, white 2 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Vanilla Extract Set aside & brush on top of biscuits before placing in oven:-1 large Egg (beaten & set aside) -2 tsp Sesame Seeds
-Cream butter & sugar. Add egg & 2 egg yolks. Beat until light & fluffy.
-Add flour, sift with baking powder, knead to make soft dough.
-Chill dough for 1 hour & form into small rings.
-Arrange biscuits on greased baking sheets, brush with beaten egg & sesame seeds.
-Bake at 300-350 degrees for about 15-30 minutes, until golden on top and lightly browned on bottom.
Serving Size: Makes 22 medium sized biscuits
