1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt1.0 small (6-3/8" long) Cucumber (peeled)3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)4.0 serving Kraft Zesty Lime Vinaigrette2.0 serving avacado 1 medium
Peel cucumber cut into quarters, peel and dice avacado, cut tomatoes in half, chop up onion add all to a bowl. Add salt p/ to taste add kraft zesty lime vinaigrette to coat about 1/4 cup or less. I used a couple of squirt. Mix all together and refrigerate before serving.
