2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 340 grams Onions, raw 1 tsp Cumin seed .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder .3 cup Corn Starch 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Chili powder .5 tbsp Paprika .5 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 9 serving Seitan-for fajitas

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop veggies. Combine spices. Put veggies in casserole dish. Put 1T oil on veggies. Mix thoroughly. Add spices. Mix thoroughly.
Bake for 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Add seitan, mix thoroughly. Put on tortillas and enjoy.
