Asia honey chicken

Ingredients
1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast, no skin, fried 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 8 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .5 cup Honey 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 1tsp Sesame Oil .5 tsp crushed red chili pepper flakes .125 cup Cornstarch
Directions
Cut chicken into 1in cubes. Submerge in Buttermilk and toss in flour to coat. Fry chicken in vegetable oil til golden brown. In a saucepan bring honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper and apple cider vinegar to a boil. Add in cornstarch mixed with 1 tbs water. Let thicken then add chicken and toss to coat. Serve immediately
