Jasmine's Healthy Raisin Pudding

1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1 serving Cashew Dream Milk 4 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 serving Nutiva Coconut Sugar organic 1 serving Xylo Sweet Xylitol 1 serving WinCo Sweetener 2 tbsp Coconut shredded unsweetened .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Soak 3 cups of brown rice in water overnight. Rinse and put in pot with 6 cups water, 1.5 tsp coconut oil and salt. Cook till done.
In another pot heat cashew milk, raisins, sweeteners, and vanilla until raisins are soft and milk is warm. Add coconut and cinnamon stir well then add 1 1/2 cups brown rice. Mix well and heat till hot.
You can double the milk recipe for 3 cups of brown rice.
