Lisa's Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp grated cheese, pecorino romano (by KURMET) .25 cup 1/2% Lowfat Milk
Directions
Break cauliflower flowettes into pieces and steam in about 2 inches of water for about 5 minutes or until tender. Put in food processor. Add butter, grated cheese and milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in processor about 1 minute or until desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes four 1/2 cup servings
