Crustless cottage cheese quiche

Ingredients
24 oz Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 2 cup *Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese 7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Sauté vegetables, if desired. Mix butter, grated/ shredded cheese, cottage cheese, flour and vegetables. In a separate bowl beat eggs well. Mix all. Pour into a buttered ( or Pam sprayed 9x13 pyrex dish. Bake 350 for one hour. Done when knife comes out clean. Can bake ahead and rewarm.
