1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 fruit without refuse Mangos1.5 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh3.0 cup Green Giant Spring Mix Salad3.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime0.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.5 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
Combine lime juice, vinegar and olive oil with salt and pepper with a whisk in a small bowl. Place spring mix topped with avocado, strawberries and mango. Top with dressing and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
