Easy Corn Muffins

Ingredients
1.25 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 12 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal .25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Heat over to 400*F. Grease 8 or 9-inch pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, and egg, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. 9 servings.
