Ingredients
1/2 cup Water1 teabag2 tsp Sugar1/2 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
1. Put water sugar and teabag in a saucepan and bring to boil.
2. Add milk and bring to a boil again.
3.Remove from heat and strain into cup.

To flavor you may add a few slices of ginger, a pinch of cardamom powder or a sprig of mint to the first step.

Makes 1 cup of tea
