8 cups gluten-free oat flakes (e.g. Only Oats brand)1/4 cup unsweetened dessicated coconut1/4 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)1/2 cup water1/4 cup oil1 tsp vanilla flavouring1/2 cup liquid honey
Mix the dry ingredients together. In a blender, mix the wet ingredients together. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Bake on rimmed cookie sheets at 250F for 30-40 minutes, stirring several times. One serving = 1/2 cup
