4 cup Beef Broth , College Inn (by GWTEAL73) 1 cup, cubes Rutabagas 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 16 oz Beef - NY Strip Steak 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.25 cup French Dip Sauce - Johnny's (by SANDERSEN72) .25 cup Tomato Sauce 1 tsp Frank's redhot sauce 1 serving 100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY (by MS_MAYZEE) 3 dash Salt 3 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)
Chop all ingredients. Brown cubed beef in skillet with EVOO. Transfer all to Crockpot - add liquids (broth, sauce, Franks, Johnny's, water)
Season with Garlic Powd/Onion Powder/basil, salt and pepper
Cook 4 -6 hours on High or 8 -10 hours on Low
