Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tspGranulated Sugar, 2 Water, tap, 3 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender including ice and blend until it is a bit frothy.

Serve chilled.

Serves 2-3 people.

    To make it traditional, Punjabi-style lassi, but with the health twist to it, is take low-fat buttermilk, fill it one third of the way in an 8-ounce glass, the add cold water and ice to the rest of the glass and stir and enjoy! =) - 6/25/08
