Easy Crispy Mongolian Beef

1 lb Beef, tenderloin .25 cup Corn Starch 2 cup Canola Oil 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Ginger Root 2 tsp Garlic 4 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 fl oz Water, tap .5 tbsp Hoisin Sauce .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 tsp crushed red chili pepper flakes (by DBEAU57) .5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
Start off by tossing the beef strips in cornstarch, make sure they are coated evenly. Deep fry the beef in preheated canola oil for 4 to 5 minuted. Remove from oil and set on paper towel . Set aside. In a sauce pan heat the olive oil Quickly add the ginger and garlic stir fry for 10 seconds. Immediately add soy sauce, water, rice vinegar and hoisin sauce bring to a boil . Mix a small amount of cornstarch to a little water and add to mixture to thicken the sauce. Add the beef and cook for for 2 minutes. Add green onions and serve with rice.
