Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey1 15.5 oz. Can Black Beans1/2 cup raw onion2 large hard-boiled eggs3 large eggs, raw3 cups oatmeal1/2 cup frozen kernel corn2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 T Worcestershire Sauce1 T Soy Sauce1 T. Garlic Powder1 t. Black Pepper1 t. Salt
Directions
Mix beans, rice, onion, eggs, olive oil and spices, into a food processor. Process until smooth.

In a large bowl combine bean mixture with remainder of ingredients. Mix all ingredients are throughly incorporated. Make 16 patties about 3 inches in diameter and 1/2" thick.

In a hot skillet with regular Olive Oil (not extra virgin) on or a table-top grill (George Foreman style) cook patties until dark brown and nearly black. You want a good solid crust to form on the outside so it's cohesive. If you flip too early it will fall apart and, although this makes great burrito filling, it's not burger material. This process usually takes about 2.5 minutes per side or 5 minutes total.

Feel free to experiment with seasonings. We treat these things like burgers and season them all sorts of different ways.
