Taco bowls

Ingredients
16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 1.75 cup Black Bean, 1 CanBlack Olives chopped, sm canned1.5 cup chopped green onion tops Wanton wrappers, 2 per bowl1 med rotel tomatoes cheese shredded mixed
Directions
Just let em cool, top with some guac... Yum!
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Precook 1ld lean ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning, add 1 med. can rotel, add chopped green onion, 1 small can chopped olives, 1 can black beans, stirring as you go, let simmer, low heat
Spray muffin pans, I used Pam butter spray, This made 24 tacos, I used 2 Wontons wrappers for each, place a wraper in the muffin cup, then another, make like a star, all the corners pokin up...
I used a tablespoon (rounded) to scoop the taco mix into the wonton bowls, covered with mixed shredded cheese, baked 15 min or so.
