Ingredients

Directions
Saute mushrooms, onion, and thyme in a small amount of olive oil. Evenly divide into 12 muffin cups. Top with gouda cheese. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, then pour evenly into tins. Bake until eggs are cooked.
