Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 40 gram Mornflake Superfast Oats per 100g 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Blend all items together until its quite thick
Add a few drops of coconut oil to a pan and add a scoop of the mixture
Turn over after a minute and cook the other side (keep turnings until desired colour)


Serving Size: Makes 4 small pancakes
