1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1.5 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 cup, cubes Papayas
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender and blend well; pour into container and enjoy! (a little hint of vanilla extract can be added)
