Chicken Curry (Yellow)

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast 2 cans coconut milk1 can yellow curry paste (114g)8 cups sweet potato diced6 cups yellow onion diced3 cups turnip diced2 cups carrot diced2 cups green beanswater
Directions
18 servings of 1 cup
Stir fry 1 can of Karee curry paste with 2 cans of coconut milk. Cut the chicken into chunks and then add it to the pot. Cook until chicken is mostly done, then add the rest of the ingredients and add water if needed until everything is cooked (soft). Serve over jasmine rice (not included in nutritional information) and enjoy!
